Summer High School Strength & Conditioning Program (in partnership with Foundation Fitness) to help players physically prepare for SPF High School tryouts.

The sessions will consist of high intensity endurance training, balance, core and functional strength that players will need to prepare themselves for the rigorous physical demands of high school tryouts, as well as perform effectively and efficiently on the field.
