Girls Development Camp 10/13
This one-day camp is designed to provide a high-quality, supportive training environment where female players can focus on their development, compete with purpose, and feel empowered both on and off the field.
Offering a girls-only environment is an intentional and important part of this camp. Female athletes often thrive when given the opportunity to train in spaces where they are encouraged to lead, express themselves freely, and compete without hesitation. An all-girls camp promotes confidence, builds camaraderie, and reinforces the message that female players belong in competitive, high-performance spaces. It also provides a unique opportunity to connect with role models, peers, and coaches who understand the specific needs and strengths of the female game.
The camp will begin with structured, age-appropriate technical and tactical sessions led by our licensed coaching staff. Players will work through a series of exercises aimed at improving individual skill execution, positional awareness, and overall game intelligence. Each activity will be delivered in a setting that encourages positive reinforcement, high standards, and growth through challenge. Players will be grouped according to age and ability to ensure a developmentally appropriate environment that promotes learning, confidence, and competitive balance.
The day will conclude with a fun and competitive Dutch-style tournament, where players will compete in small-sided games organized by age group. This format allows for high engagement, more touches on the ball, and greater freedom for creative expression, key ingredients in player development.
