Summer High School Strength & Conditioning Program
We are pleased to announce that our High School Summer Strength & Conditioning Program will be offered again this summer. This program is designed to help players prepare for the physical demands of the upcoming high school season and August tryouts, with a clear emphasis on building fitness, strength, and overall performance in a progressive and safe manner. In addition to the strength and conditioning component, the program includes a structured soccer portion focused on technical development and scrimmaging, allowing athletes to apply their fitness in a game-based setting.
Who: Open to all high school and rising high school players (boys and girls), including those outside of SPFSC/EP3
Program Overview:

Strength and conditioning sessions led by Michael Kuchar (Foundation Fitness)

Emphasis on sprint speed, endurance, strength, and functional movement

Soccer technical training and scrimmaging.

Progressive structure over six weeks to support consistent development

Dates: June 29 through August 7
- Week 1 - 6/29 & 7/1
- Week 2 - 7/6 & 7/8
- Week 3 - 7/13 & 7/15
- Week 4 - 7/20, 7/22 & 7/24
- Week 5 - 7/27, 7/29 & 7/31
- Week 6 - 8/3, 8/5 & 8/7

Monday and Wednesday evenings (1-hour sessions scheduled between 6:00–9:00pm)

Friday morning sessions (1.5 hours scheduled between 9am-12pm, beginning Week 4)

Final groupings and session times will be assigned following registration
